Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY (CMSA U7 to U19):

Once you have registered with West Hills United, you may withdraw your application for a refund minus a $100 administration fee per player. No refunds will be issued after evaluations begin.
*Exceptions made for season-ending injuries, and refunds will be pro-rated.

REFUND POLICY (WHU House League U3-U10):

Once you have registered with West Hills United, you may withdraw your application for a refund minus a $50 administration fee per player. Due to the tight timelines of securing field space and coordinating team rosters, no refunds will be issued later than 2 weeks prior to season start date.
*Exceptions made for season-ending injuries, and refunds will be pro-rated.

REFUND POLICY (Summer Day Camps):

Once you have registered for a West Hills United Summer Day Camp, if your chosen dates no longer work, you may transfer your dates to a different week that has available space. Due to the limited spaces of our camps, if you need to fully withdraw your registration, you may be refunded minus a $50 administration fee per player.
